Absolutely. We offer flexible lease terms from 1 to 24 months. Leases shorter than 12 months may have a modest short-term surcharge applied: 5% for 7–11 months, and 10% for 6 months or fewer. This allows us to offer the flexibility of a monthly furnished rental with the quality of a luxury long-term apartment.

Every apartment includes premium furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, quality linens and towels, high-speed WiFi, and all utilities. Our Old Montréal properties also feature a rooftop pool and concierge. Our Plateau apartment offers direct access to Mount Royal park.

Indoor parking is available across the street from 221 Rue Saint-Jacques in Old Montréal, provided by a third-party operator. Street parking with residential permits is available near our Plateau-Mont-Royal residence. Both locations are exceptionally well-served by public transit, cycling infrastructure, and walkable amenities.

Our current apartments do not permit pets. However, please contact us to discuss your situation — we may be able to accommodate certain requests on a case-by-case basis depending on the property and lease term.
